I too would like a hooligan! But they go for for high prices.
Maybe convert a trials frame instead? Alot of older ones go cheap even for full bikes.

no idea, i paid a fair whack for mine, think it was £550 or something and it was a few years old.
mine was the alfine 8 speed...id of prefered the basic single speed lefty version.
it was basically a big BMX with gears......so easy to wheelie and great urban bike, id have another.
