Hi
Can anyone advise me on yet another awkward aspect of my Randonneur build.
I'd like to replace the hanger as the original is very crusty indeed. It's a one inch threaded steerer, but the flat side is on the front of the tube, rather than the rear where where all hangers seem to have there locating tabs. The original hanger has no tab at all (I'm guessing the fact it's tightened in between the headsets locknuts is enough to hold in place??)
I can't seem to find any with no tabs, I also bought one of those uphangers from SJS that mount on the forks, but its mount is too big for the Raleigh fork crown.
Any suggestions what I could use or does anyone have anything suitable in good condition?
