Sisters boyfriend asked if I used energy gels etc when I run/ride. Next time I saw him I was greeted with this lot:

Not a bad free stash of gels and energy drink! All dates are middle of 2013 too.

It does say a max of 40 a day, and I probably have 40. Recon the sugar crash afterwards would be pretty horrific!
