Clearly there is considerable doubt about it, otherwise he'd have been found guilty years ago.
As for his team mates testifying against him...

Landis: "Shit."

his 1999 positive test was done a lot later .
Dr Ferrari links with doping have been proved again and again .
he was a lot quicker than Ullrich and more and they were all doping .
as said earlier , he was an excellent cyclist , but like others he cheated .

I cant find an article by an australian guy who did work on EPO testing for Sydney olympics . it is in one of the thread on stw .
