That colour is called 'Koi' . V. Nice bike, like it almost as much as my own Mantra ;)

Lose the spins though, black on black Crossmax would look awesome.

Ditch the Icon stem, but don't swap out the Thomson post, KCNC posts are not in the same league and i doubt you'd save any weight.
