I have a wheel that matches your description. It's one of a pair that I want to sell together. rims are Araya, they're not skinny, hubs have no branding but are black 36 spokers IIRC. These were on a 1990 Muddy Fox Hybrid 'Trailblazer Tourist' I put a Sachs Aris 6 speed freewheel on it with wide ratios, very nice quality. There's a pair of new white wall world tours on them too. Let me know if you're interested and I'll let you have them at a very reasonable price
