I think I've got everything ready. The morning should just be shower, breakfast, pack the car, fight with the bike rack and pick up Velo then fight with the rack again. .

Oh and make a packed lunch.

I'm afraid I won't be coming. I'm gutted. Felt sick and very light headed all day yesterday but thought it would pass. It hasn't , I feel awful. No way I could manage 25 miles off road. I'm going back to bed. Really disappointed.
