A new one to me :
Changing the BB on my new to me Harry Quinn, and this scrumpled up (then) ball of paper popped down from the down tube. (There seems to be some inside the chain stays too).
It's was heavily greased and I can't find a date, but it looks to be a classified ads section with Liverpool addresses.
Assuming it was placed there to prevent gunk travelling up the tubes via the hole in the Nervex BB?
