yo. been offered a very cheap carbon frame with the option to also buy a rather expensive fork. being tight i want the frame but not the fork but it is one of these new fangled tapered steerer tubes so the top is 1 1/8, bottom is 1 1/2 and the headset is pretty much hidden in the frame
can i convert my 1 1/8 rebas ro run this set up? i assume i will need a shim to take it up to 1 1/2. is it this simple?
