How does the Glasgow Edinburgh thing work in terms of bike transport?

If I did it I'd need to get my bike to Glasgow and then I could ride home at the end, how does it work for people from the west?

Got a paramedic friend doing this for charity, she hasn't been on a bike in a while though so it could be funny. I was going to do it with Miniken but it is the same weekend as the Dundee cyclathon which I do with the wee man. Think the Glasgow run would be too big for him.

Nice one G, I'm thinking of doing the ride as well.

you doing it both ways, think we might be at a more sedate pace than you

there is transport back from edinburgh (buses for people trucks for the bikes) that you book ahead but nit sure on the other way? I think I will stay over in the capital the sunday night and come back the next day by train.

Started throwing some bits at the Inners bike. Need to solve a wheel conundrum the morra. Its not going to be a harmonious build but hopefully it'll work!
