Bike is looking good Ian. Sorry to hear about your back, you need to incorporate a couple of pubs on your bike route!

Thanks, pain killers are keeping me going a the moment but might have to get it checked just to make sure it's nothing serious. Yeah pubs would be good although when I'm out on my own I feel like a billy no mates supping a shandy in a beer garden

Awesome mate. Yours just looks so right. Our bikes are v similar but you get to ride yours!

Loving the tea and cake!

Looking forward to seeing yours, have been thinking about going 2x 9/10 on mine cuz nowadays I rarely use the big ring! Maybe I'll try it on the next ride but not really gonna save that much weight though is it?

Great job on the Pace, and some great pics too. Of all the bikes i've had, my Pace is the one i miss the most, it's a timeless frame and looks stunning in any colour.

Won't loose much weight, but it just makes the use of gears a bit simpler / quicker / more efficient....

Quick update on a few finishing touches that I finally got round to doing then went for a quick blast around Cwm Rhaeadr today. Not a bad little circuit, took me about 40 mins to complete, pretty good section of about 3 miles of downhill singletrack once the 1.5 miles of boring uphill firetrack are done. You could do a few laps if you wanted but was on my own and couldn't get motivated enough to go up for another lap. The Pace made a few new friends today too, just before I left a couple of cars pulled up and the occupants piled out and made a bee line straight for the Pace with the comments from one of them: 'wow, thats proper nice, I've always wanted a Pace square tuber you lucky man!'.....yes, yes I am  ;)

Finishing touches: USE Alien Carbon seat post, USE 5mm carbon headset spacer, a set of ODI Ruffian lock on's and some new rubber in the form of Halo Choir Master R tyres....oh, and a couple of RetroBIKE stickers
