Unknown Ti hardtail

I bought this frame off hear the other day and it looks very good quality but not got a clue what it is? THe guy who had it rode it for a while in raw Ti but then had it sprayed as you see it here. It has numbers on the dropout. WOuld be interested to find out what it is, although im just happy to finally own a Ti bike!

Unfortunately not, I would like to know where it came from but it does seem good quality so not woried about build quality.
 
Nice looking bike, calm and elegant I like it :)

But the DBR Axis TT I had in 95-96 had cnc´d holes in the dropouts and downtube bigger diameter and the earlier models did not have snakestays as I remember, so I do not think it is a DBR Axis TT.
