I'm using Formula The Ones, very strong brakes with great modulation.

I hear great things about Shimano SLX...strong, light, fairly cheap and easy to set up and bleed. These would be a good choice :)

That is pretty cheap...just watch the cost of rotors as they seem quite high.

There was someone selling a set used for one ride for eighty notes on the classified section.
