Very nice and very original. Shame someone will buy it and make it into a fixie (I can't buy any more at the moment due to finances and shortage of garage space)
 
Looks like the frame was made by someone else and the head badge has been removed (Raleigh, Carlton or Sun maybe?) and a shop has put it's moniker on it ;)
 
Crespera lugs, wrapround round section seat stays and rear braze on for centre pulls = Carlton late 60's early 70's (likely early 70's)
