Build suggestions for a transitional Yo Eddy?

A little slow going on this build
The cockpit was tough
I ended up sourcing a Fairly rare Revcore chrome stem (with cable guide)
I then installed some shiny silver Kooka levers and xc Pro Shifters and Front and rear derailiers
Not too sure about the cranks and also trying to Come up with an alternate brake setup ( as the XTR just don't seem right)
Silver Tri Aligns perhaps?

They do look good the silver braided cables got some on my IBOC
