Did anyone see the feature about them this afternoon on the beeb? They are utterly bonkers! The cranks can have 650kg hang off them and not bend, bearing in mind they're carbon fibre that's impressive! Lots of other amazing tech stuff and they have to also be available to the public! Chris Boardman said they are available from British Cycling, roughly £10k off the shelf or made to measure is P.O.A.!!!!!

Out of curiousity, how are they tensioning the chain?
I can't imagine they would use an eliptical BB or chain tugs :shock:
Are the chainstays manufactured to run a specific gear?

Its probably very simple :D

They use chainstay screw adjusters.

I always think the simple solutions usually work best :) it's probably made out of some sort of super secret nano alloy though :LOL:
