pm me your address and I'll send you some foamies for Karma...

Renault 5 GTturbo was my first car as a lowly 19 year old...

As for the main subject, a mate of mine had a 90 Eldridge BITD, exactly the same as this, and I loved it...

Great score fella...

Steve that's very generous of you.. what a thoroughly decent gent; sending you a PM matey.

I'd have loved a GT Turbo at 19.... it would've been much more of a kitty cat magnet than my Fiesta Pop Plus

The insurance must have been quite substantial !!

Insurance was £800 fully comp  on a specialist policy.

I then took it to GT-Tuning in Poole and spent thousands on performance and suspension upgrades. Was the best handling car I've ever owned, and I've owned some special cars in my day.

Mate of mine here has a Raider with about 17k on the clock and one owner (him) from new... bastid...

Glad it's as good as it looked on ebay, very nice bike. Also like your upgrade plan as it's the first thing I'd have done from new

Nice, but if you are going away from original spec,

I'd say as long as the year is the same then its an upgrade that we would have done BITD.

Lovely paint for age and a frame size that fits you!
