Not DH cranks, it looks like they are an OEM pair of turbines - they would have been specced on a complete bike and manufactured to suit - maybe a Kona?

It's definitely a Turbine model - they made various different versions BITD to hit specific price points for OE customers or even custom product. That's probably what your is - an OEM Turbine - suitable for DH or SS

The red cranks are Turbine DH cranks
- Feedback

DH's are a bit beefier, omitted the milling out of the side of the arms (which happened to all a bit later), and have that reinforcing granny ring.

These will be off at the weekend, I'm sure someone posted interest? The bottom bracket is more likely to be a syncros ti than a race face, will find out soon. It needs new bearings so I'll buy and fit some as required then it'll all be up for sale.
