Bit of a weird mix of stuff, but that was the intention to use up some bits.
So I bought new headset and BB, and chain, cables etc.
Then used a M560 LX rear mech from the shed, along with 400LX front mech and 500LX crankset (500lx is the alloy ringed version so quite nice really).
XT brakes/shifters add some quality and M560 LX low profile cantis look the part.
I was worried it would look like frankensteins monster but I think its ok. The specialized ergo grips were going spare and then I bought some new specialized crossraods tyres to finish it off well.
The wheels are pretty awfull but I have been meaning to sell them for ages, at least they will do some good for a while.
