Kinder ride on Saturday
Herewith a draft plan for saturday. I'm waiting on confirmation that local boy Steve has shaken off man-flue sufficiently to lead us round.
9.45 for 10 am start from Station Road carpark at Hayfield.
Sett Valley Trail / Visitors centre car park.
Steve's planned route is 15 -22 miles in an anti-clockwise loop.
Northwards from Hayfield,
Widdows Hey Wood,
Rowarth.
New Mills Golf Club,
Roach Hey Wood,
Tow path to Furness Vale Station,
meander back to Hayfield.
I've been promised sunshine, and a pub at the end.
