Did a swap of some bits with Rob, and he sent me the bits I needed before even working out when he was going to receive his half of the deal, top bloke.

Great guy to deal with. Rob bought a set of bars from me and I forgot to double-check the length. He pm'd me to say that they had been cut down, and was very understanding and polite about it (some other members could learn from this!).

Rob didn't ask for a refund (although a 50% refund was given) and he was thoroughly pleasant throughout.
