Most amazing road ever, tour de france

At 45.00 on todays tour de france highlights is the most amazing road I've ever seen, numerous tight switchbacks that double back on themselves instantly, up the spine of a mountain, but where is it?

That's the Route Du Grand Colombier...the D120 above the town of Culoz. About 145Km into today's stage.
Looking South East, the river in the distance is the Rhone.
