PS....did you find the seatpost seems clamped too much when you have a 27.2 seatpost?! Mine says 27.2 but I find a 27.4 fits better!
This seatpost is 27'2, but it´s more modern than the frame. The seat does not go down.
I'll snap a pic of mine with the 27.2 versus the 27.4. Cheers!
I believe this is the 1993 pattern - the canti bridge was fitted only in 1993. They went over to bullet stays during the 1993 production, but not from the beginning. The number B17021 indicates a very early size 17, and I believe size was introduced for 1993. Also if the decals are original, the spiral indicates 1993.24pouces":mkai551s said:Is it really a 1993 ?

Def's HeiHei is older than 93…
Sandvik begun the production in August 1990, and, on these picture, made around April 1992, you could see the canti bridge
A friend who was a Kona racer on Hei Hei around 1991-1992, said me that the bullet design of the dropout begun in the second part of 1992
