Last night and I'm about to get my gear on for 50 miles not k's on the road. 28.5 mi. mountain bike race next weekend. woohoo.

Missed one day this week, had something to bodge[it's a CBR] for a mate so missed the rainiest day. Today 15 miles avoided bridleways as the bike is so muddy it's getting heavy, chain sounds like it need some medicine.
