Which make was this?

...I should remember this but cant - I have a recollection of these beautifully made US steel framed bikes in the 90s - the frames were either blue/white forks and stays or red/white - with gold decals I think. Very refined looking things, understated but gorgeous and bl@@dy expensive.

Nope, not a Ritchey. The frames were red/white or blue/white and may have had some pinstriping. Think the brand began with an "s" maybe?

There's an old Breezer parks outside my work a lot. Totally rundown covered in a bizarre mix of original and cheap parts with a big silly adjustable stem and modern risers.

I've still not managed to spot the rider yet.
