Seems that the legendary frame builder is also a bit of a wordsmith! Still a gutting story, but everyone lived to tell the tale. How bizarre to find another bike down there, and a shame it was not the X!

Saw the frankenbike at the 331 race today, took a couple phone pics. I couldn't believe it was brought back to life!!
