Right, I'm looking a bit wobbly about this at the moment. Mrs BobCatMax is not very well at all (little trip to the docs, and signed off work this morning)

I'm not feeling brilliant after a wobble myself on the bike on wednesday afternoon.

hows everyone else getting on??

I'm also probably going to split this off into it's own "training thread" in the near future if everyone is ok with that?

Yep, please split it off - lets keep this one dedicated to BBD - and a training thread in order for TeamSteel to train, Rocky IV montage style into uber machines

you're putting us to shame Mick!

Right, i'm hoping to get a pass out for half a day this weekend. At the moment Sunday is looking the better of the 2 days. I'd prefer the morning if possible..

Free the 7th/8th too

busy the same weekend as KiS (13th/14th)

the weekend after that is my birthday, so i very much doubt i'll be capable of much at all except grinning, slurring and then hurting, in that order.

Harumph,

just noticed that there's a race for life in stanmer park this weekend. it could make things a bit difficult.

it doesn't start til 14:00 on saturday, so maybe our best bet would be early doors saturday morning?

*shakes fist* no fair! plus i know you have been already....

what time do you finish on a Friday Bryan?

Jamie - Sunday is fine with me too..the race for life starts at 11, so i'm guessing that getting in by car will be a bit of a pain in the lead up to that..and parking.

on the plus side, migh tbe a bit of totty to look at, not that we're the type of gentlemen to indulge in that sort of thing..
