Delicious, have only ever seen 2 Bridgestones in the flesh (living in London) and a friend owns one.

not enough of these japanese high end bikes around in Europe.

Japan sold tubes to other manufacturers but were they a bit active in trying to sell full bikes to Europe ? or was it considered to tough with local competition and image difficult to overcome ?

wonder also why this sort of frame does not sport dura ace parts -even if Shimano 600 is close to it - was it not top of the range this ishiwata frame ?
 
here she is with Nitto bar and Ritchey Force stem, now a perfect fit.
