What Raleigh is this?

Now I know this is not a retro (thought I could maybe get away with it needing a quil style stem!)raleigh but just wanted to see if anyone knew what it is?I got it at a very good price on ebay to do up as a training bike.

I can't seem to get any info on it anywhere, it looks like a relatively new frame. Just adding some ultegra brakes, DT swiss 340's, suntour ole mechs and some tri bars with 105 shifters. Should be a nice cheap (hopefully fast) bike. It's no lightweight but at close to 16st neither am I!

Well it's all built up, pretty basic build but is going to be my training bike so doesn't need to be fancy. I have to say though for a cheapy looking frame it's a really nice ride! Now to get my other bargain bike built up (giant cfr 1)
