Bargain Hope brakes ? £30 bin

Having bought a few pairs of old Hopes, I can tell you that any bargains are extremely unlikely!
I bet they leak like a rusty sieve.
 
They're going to need a service if it hasn't been done already. £30 for those ancient things seems about their money, then if they've got to be serviced you can add at least a rebuild kit for the lever, seals for the calliper and the tool to get the pistons out. Or pay a bike shop to do it. At least they are easy to service.

Or you can spend all that time, money and effort, only to find the bores are too scored for it to have any effect.
