Got a quote for a camper van today... £500 :shock:
So bloody big tent is the order of the day
Will set off lunchtime Thursday to get a decent pitch
if anyone wants to bunk with us let me know as I have three bedrooms in it ;)
 
Been fettling genevieve (spl ?) tonight ,new brake cable, blocks and straddle wire and hey presto I have rear brakes again sadly though the dent in the top tube is a bad un and the forks are slightly twisted but hey ho I will ride her and enjoy her ;)
Oh and a little 10 mile training ride in the wet mud :LOL:
 
Wheel swap for the Dk . The D521s brought into action, with the inevitable instant puncture....just when you thought you'd finished. Bruddy heavy. Just in time, the X717 that came off the back has a horribly cracked rim, and very concave. Did think about going out in the rain....

Excellent planning in the pub after for MM If the other teams only knew how organised we are they would be quaking in their shorts :LOL:
