2010 Whyte 901

Sadly the Epic was cut short by a raging ear infection. However, still knocked out a few miles.
New saddle hasnt come yet sadly.

I really stretched the budget to get it. I love it.
Its really understated.
I'm saving for a Whyte FS. Either that or upgrade this with some Sid XX and a nice handbuilt wheels.

Made a few minor changes this weekend. I want it to look just right. So it is now sporting a Specialized S-Works bottle cage and Avatar saddle. I hav also remounted the computer onto the stem so I can run twin Hope Vision One lights. The next change will be the brakes. I hate the white Avid levers and calipers. Need to be black for that stealth bomber look!

Has seen a few changes in spec, no longer a commuter so is set up for the wild now. Spent a lot of time on the set up of the forks and have lost 5 stone since I bought it so am now really seeing what it can do.

Will sort a new pic out.

Maxxis Tires
XT Trail Pedals

On its way:

Reverb Seatpost
SLX Disks
1 x 10 set up.

Two years to change those disks!
Really nice though. Big fan of the look of whytes, would like to try one.

That looks lovely!

Big congratulations on the weight loss to that's some loss! I'm hoping the rebuild of my Ms Isle will spur me on to do the same!
