What colour combination - Bar Tape & Hoods

My build has ground to a halt (cash flow issue) but that hasn't stopped me worrying about aesthetics.
Found a great site called Bike Cad which allows you to create your own colour schemes.
Therefore what combination of bar tape and hoods would you go for.
Actual bike and my attempted colour combinations.

Black tape (matches the saddle, doesn't get mucky after only a week or two) and, if you can find 'em, plain gum lever hoods for the retro angle.

black on black just because white hoods get filthy fast...otherwise i'd have gone for black with white hoods.
 
On that bike it can only be Yellow Benotto tape with gum hoods. Period.

Nothing else even comes close. ;)
 
White bar tape signals "racer" and black signals "I do a lot of working on my bike with black fingers"... I liked the white tape with the black hoods most. The white/white was to modern. But you newer go wrong with white tape i would say...

+1 if you want to replicate the catalogue item.

As for what the team rode, silver or white 'bar tape seems most common on the 'photos I've seen.
