New member to the Zaskar family!

i have run mine with a 660mm salsa moto ace 11 degree sweep bar.

it definatley handles better, with a wide bar. it provides more leverage and you can corner really well, and climb tricky stuff easier.

wide bars with big sweep also put your shoulders and arms in a very different position to a narrow straight bar. wide and sweepy gives you that real moto position, and allos you to use the upper body to steer and leverage the bike. narrow straight bars tend to bring your shoulder forward, and also lock them and your arms into position somewhat.

i took it off after a while however, as i just want my old bike to be an old bike so to speak, in look and feel. so it now runs a 3 degree answer hyperlite, in the 580mm or so region. it does not handle as well, but you do get used to it after a while, and adjust accordingly, and i have just as much fun with the narrow bar.

Really diggin the Zaskar. Installed a different stem with a bit of rise and cleaned her up a bit.
