Any Gazelle experts out there?

I've just taken a punt on a Gazelle frame. Not got my mitts on it yet so only the ebay photos to go from and it looks like its been resprayed in a non-original colour scheme. Anyone got any idea which model it is and how old it is?

Not an expert but there are some fans on this site -

From what's on that site I would guess a Champion Mondial AB, early 1980s
because of the 531c decal, the fork crown and the brake bridge.
But there are people on here that know much more and will be able to help you further. So don't get too excited just yet.

Is there a serial no. on the bottom bracket.

Whatever, Gazelles are always lovely, cleanly made bikes.

80s AB frame

Exactly the same features as my mid eighties AB frame, except mine was in a very bright mid blue, superb frames as anyone who has rode one will back up.

Thanks everyone, I'll look for the frame number when I get my hands on it. Looking at it I was wondering if the blue was its original colour and the white and green added later.

Interesting to see a Gazelle frame in that colour scheme.
Here's a pic of my Merckx Corsa Extra frame (circa 1990) in Team Kelme colours.
This was a standard colour scheme offered by Merckx.

You can also try LFGSS. There's a long-running thread about Gazelle. There are a number of Dutch people who seem quite knowledgeable including someone who used to work for Gazelle and seems to know all there is to know.
