Just rebuilt the cartridge on a set of 96 Judy XC forks. Found this guide very useful indeed.
I've gone for 15w oil as I'm running coil springs and need an extra bit of damping. I'll have to see if the original plastic cartridge will still hold oil.

15 is quite high, I run springs in mine and just use the normal weight and worked really well.drystonepaul":2stobdug said:
