'twill be fine.
Go on then, how did it happen...? ;)

Had something to do with the wife.....

Go on....

...I think it was something to do with bike parts all over the conservatory!......and me not painting a door!!! (that I should have been painting)....the frame was in the stand....screams of "caring more about precious bikes" etc etc....frame grabbed by wife and pulled....twists in the bike stand clamp...bike stand falls to the side and one of the clamps hits the tube.

my missus would not be my missus after that escapade ! on a brighter note you should be fine, i have had a pashley 26mhz for quite some time (with more than its fair share of war wounds/wall meetings) which is 853 and have had 0 trouble. argos cycles can repair it (needs to be silver to hold and fill properly on reynolds im told by argos) also re-spray too

I reckon "Stop crying and grow up FFS, it's only a stupid bike"

Reynolds will bend as such where as alu' would simply snap. I think it'll be fine and being reynolds, i'd imagine if it came to it you could just get that tube replaced but i'd simply say keep on riding.
