So i have a 2004 heckler frame. The bearings were gone so replaced them for some new ones with no play. I assemble it all together as i think it should go and still same amount of play. So install the bearings 'caps' the 'reverse' way to previous (with the lip on the out side) and now no play. There was a small amount of play in the axle but thats gone now its togther.
I wonder if someone has pictures or a manual etc to see if im missing something as i think the caps are the wrong way around. The way the are now the bearing is directly against the frame. Nothing fouls but im not sure if its correct.
Anyone?
Believe its the same as the 05 and 06 also.
