Doesn't look high end but the groupset is very interesting, even looks plastic esp those brakes.

Weinmann 'Delta' brakes, less expensive (a lot!) copies of the Campagnolo and Modolo versions. Not seen them in White before though. I wonder if it was a 'special' for Raleigh?

Sorry.........misread your post.

At least the plastic parts are not pink, in fact I think Old Ned has a plastic pink rear mech

Not me, as if :roll:

Ofmega ones are aluminium anyway. The only plastic rear mechs I can think of were Simplex Prestige and Gian Robert.

I used to have a set of those....they often came with rubber housings for waterproofing which looked fairly ugly; I did away with mine. Braking performance was decent in spite of the reputation that all Delta-type brakes seem to have. Getting blocks that fitted was, from memory, difficult though.
