right ......i got home and slept like a turd for 12 hours!!!!!.....i fully expected pearly gates at the top of the last climb!.....two points, have we got a proper aftermath thread started?....i cant find one!....secondly, how are you feeling geoff?.....i bet that shoulder and elbow ache!.....hope its not too bad!...

Physically exhausted from the climbs.
Mentally exhausted from the concentration required trying not to die on the decents.
Traumatized by Geoff.
Amazing pie and pint at the pub.
