correct decals

Colnago to restore, are these original decals or after market tacky???

They look like am tat to me; all the photos I've seen of steel framed Colnago's show the top tube without decals, and the colours are close but don't match the stripes I've seen on Colagno seat tubes, but I could easily be wrong.
 
found some interesting decals from 86 catalog...
