Awesomely hardnut cars. It all went wrong after the W124 (also brilliant) I reckon. Used to work for a Merc dealer, never had any probs with these old battleships, 300,000miles plus and the only thing likely to go was the indicator stalk! :shock: Can't say that for an W211...
