Picked up a really tatty Eddy Merckx Falcon bike the other week, it was in a sorry state so decided to convert it to a single speed, I think I got a little carried away with the colour coordinating :lol:

Its a 57cm frame C-T
27 inch wheels with Continental Gator skin tyres
Plus lots of yellow!!!

I'm sure some of you will detest this and should go on LFGSS but I hate that place

It's got a freewheel and 2 brakes, so most people here will like it as a road going bike !

I think it looks nice and you've done a good job, but in my opinion you're asking too much. For that money, I'd expect a 531 frame, and certainly not any chromed steel parts...although prices are always going up, so for your sake, I wouldn't mind being proven wrong :wink:

Maybe some nationalist Ukrainian or Swede would want to pay extra? :) Seriously, I think it's fine but maybe a bit expensive.
