Hi,
Not sure if these things even exist but thought I would ask if any one has a pair of black, silver or red v brake boss covers. Going to disc and want to blank off the bosses to keep them clean without just using an old bolt.

Thanks, James.

I dont have these.

Do you mean ones that screw in or ones that go over the boss?

Some bikes that have forks with disc/v capabilities that run disc have a black rubber sleeve over them.
Doubt you would get them in colours.
If its the sleeve you mean, see if your lbs or halfords or similar has them?

They can often be found on suntour forks.

Hi,
Thanks for that. I am after a sleeve type version and am not fussy about weight, brand etc just something better than the v brake bolts that are in there at the moment. Will have a look at those shops you suggest.

James.

Yeah thats what i thought!

Much prefer some blingy blanking bolts or remove the boss's and blank the hole.

Hi,
Have given Skiffy a go. Will see what comes through the letterbox.

Thanks for the heads up.

James.
