WTD: Deore XT Shifter Indicator Units SLM750 -SORTED-

Hi,
I am after a pair of silver indicator units for a pair of Deore XT 9 speed SLM750 shifters. Shimano part numbers are Right hand= Y6CE98030, Left Hand=Y6CE98040 Also does any one have the 4 little screws needed to fit these? Cheap as chips please.

Now only need the left hand unit for the front mech.

or use a fork with a Poploc which means you have no choice but to remove the LH indicator!

That would involve me dragging myself out of the 80's and getting some suspension forks..
