Depends on the spec (post it up here) and what you are planning on using it for. If you want a proflex as an occasional 'retro' ride it might be worth it. As a main bike I'd be sticking with a hardtail. Proflex may have been one of the better designs in 1995 but it's 2K plus 5 now !
