this is a question i asked a couple of years ago , could not find one worth buying . we brought a tandem instead much easier , and safer .
 
Small girls racing bike

Hi..I have a frame and handlebars,but it will be a while before
i can get to them, and i also have one that is 24 inch wheels complete bike needs tlc which i can do,Will need inside leg measurement to see if what i got is suitable for you.

Islabikes are good for small bikes; well thought out. There always seem to be some on the CTC forum when I go there (forum.ctc.org.uk).

Actually, regarding jm's comments... My boys have Islabikes but virtually never use them (last time was a hill climb in October). They spend nearly all their time on their DH or dirt jump bikes on the moors/pump track. Great community, plenty of races from age 11 up, and perhaps marginally safer (though we've had one nasty injury...) I hope they're developing good bike handling skills while they're at it. Roads are nasty places for anyone. Having said that, I used to ride all over the show on my road bike when I was 9...
