What were your first bikes?

My first MTB was a Jan Jansen...with 28"wheels...I was happy until I wanted to swap my tires for more nobby ones. "those only come in 26"boy, that's for mountainbikes". "And what do you think this is?" I replied..."Wel, not a MTB!"
I didn't sleep for many nights after that day.
Second was a Wheeler 8000 if I remember well, fluor-orange with black dots all over the frame. A full 200LX groupo and I fitted a set of Conti tires...that was my firts real MTB
