Not getting very far with this
Squaretree in Edinburgh make them: http://squaretreecycle.tumblr.com/Pricey though...£142.
A bit closer than Woody's, but still not UK...Cerchi Ghisallo make some to go with their wooden rims.

Hey Kais, I like them and have looked at them a few times but, for the shallow vanity's sake, feel a fluted or hammered fender would look better.
You buy them, I'll hammer them and then charge you 40 quid...
I could make a former and laminate up some wooden ones for you - with your choice of veneer if you wanted to go down the wooden root/route. I can manage to make things that mostly don't fall apart.
