Steel frame help

Does anyone know who makes a nice steel frame that:

takes a 120mm fork
has sliding drop outs
30.9 or 31.6 seat pin
44mm head tube
clearance for 2.4 tyres

I have found a few that are almost there but not quite
Pipedream Sirius (Soooo close)
Pace 104
Cotic soul
 
I'm assuming with those seat tube diameter's you want to run a dropper post?

You can get them in 27.2mm flavour too eg Gravity Dropper classic

yep for a dropper post but also to stiffen up the seat post and I like the fat tubes :)
 
The transition trans am is the nearest production frame but they are heavy.

I like the pace but its got crazy cable routing.

The pipedream is perfect bar the seatpost so i might get one of these.

but theres always a 29er ..........
